Holmcroft is a classic Mountains home offering spacious accommodation for your next family gathering. There are two large Lounge/Dining rooms, Central heating, wood & gas burning fireplaces & an Eat In Kitchen filled with a large array of crockery.

Accommodating up to ten guests you are a short stroll to Leura Village. The Hop on Bus is at the corner and bushwalks are close by.

Once part of Leura's history original features remain in tact. Enjoy the amazing ballroom ceiling!

There are two steps at the front entrance with a wooden rail for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise completely level throughout with a number of steps going to the backyard. The backyard can be accessed via the front yard.

Charming Australian Family Gathering

This delightful, well-equipped, conveniently located, historic Australian home provided the perfect setting for a family reunion. Marilla is an A+++ host, graciously accommodating late changes to our plans, and facilitating a joyous gathering spot for us to cook and dine and be together, while enjoying all the Blue Mountains region offers. Especially loved the historic and traditional architectural elements this home offers, and how well equipped it is. Thanks Marilla for sharing your charming home with us.

A lovely house in Leura

We really enjoyed our stay at Holmcroft. The house is very spacious, allowing us to spread out, relax and play with our baby granddaughter. It poured rain almost continuously during our stay so having a nicely appointed interior was really important. The house is a short walk to shops and cafes.

Girls’ Weekend in a Winter Wonderland

Holmcroft ticked all the boxes for our girls’ weekend: beautiful period cottage, clean and cosy warm, plenty of room, easy walk to Leura Mall for shopping and cafes and best of all we were thrilled to experience a snowy winter wonderland on both mornings of our stay. Thanks for providing such a lovely home for us to celebrate four decades of friendship!

"Holmcroft" is full of stunning character features. When you walk into "Holmcroft" you will be amazed by the pressed metal ceilings and walls which have all been retained in meticulous detail. Detail best describes the beauty of "Holmcroft". It is a home which has been lovingly restored. As you sit in one of the lounge rooms looking out onto the camellias and wisteria you will notice they are gently pressing against the original stained glass windows. Set in an established garden it is a special place full of ambience and charm. An easy level stroll to Leura village, train station and many scenic sights.
