Cosy but with bugs

It was cosy and the hosts were helpful and lovely, but there were a number of centipedes in the studio (we killed around 11 over 3 nights) and spiders due to the rainy weather / construction going on. Kim and Ian were helpful and tried to use an outdoor spray and less came in but we still spotted a few on our last day. I hate to leave bad reviews but I just wish I had known about it because as someone who is terrified of bugs I wouldn’t choose to stay here if I knew.

Amazing romantic escape!!

Kings Studio is a secret little gem hidden away amongst the trees. A private, cosy and romantic room that's only a short distance to Katoomba and a 4 minute drive to the main shops of Leura. A spread of breakfast and snacks were provided in the room, which was a lovely touch. Overall a 10/10 experience at Kings Studio. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!!

Cosy & Romantic

Thank you Ian & Kim for your gracious hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the Studio, it was everything we were looking for and more. Not only cosy but very spacious, clean and airy. The gas heater was an extra added bonus for those freezing nights. It's also very close to Leura Village shops which was a bonus for us. I ordered the hamper as a surprise for my partner and we absolutely LOVED IT! It was bigger than Ben Hur & the wine was a special touch. The bed was just a massive cloud for us, extra comfy and slept like a baby. Thanks very much and we will definitely visit again next year in the colder months.
