View 21 is the ultimate destination to get away from it all for a few days or weeks for three couples or a large family at the Blue Mountains.
There is a fully tiled indoor heated swimming pool (28 degrees) and spa (38 degrees), Gaggenau equipped stainless steel gourmet kitchen, enclosed independent BBQ area with Weber BBQ and die for views over the Blue Mountains, national park.
This home has been architecturally designed with comfort, privacy, and a relaxing ambience in mind. There are three generous sized bedrooms, each with its own in-floor heated bathroom for comfort and privacy. 2 bedrooms have one queen-size bed each, and one bedroom has two king single beds. All bedrooms have envious views. The open-plan living-dining room, flowing onto the terrace, provides an excellent area for entertaining or relaxing, absorbing the stunning ever-changing light. All the bedrooms have their TV. The television in the lounge room is equipped with Netflix.

Situated between the main terrace and the dining room, the enclosed BBQ kitchen enables guests to enjoy gourmet BBQs in any weather.

Guests have general access to the entire property except for the garage and the storage, and other areas marked private.

Location
Only 2.5 km from the village but a world away from trains and traffic noise, your only disturbance is the roar of the butterfly wings.

Located on the National Park edge with glorious mountain vistas, it is only a stroll to the golf course and a short drive to all the Blue Mountains attractions.

The maximum number of people accommodated at View 21 is six people and a child up to 1-year-old. We reserve the right to evict guests without a refund if this number is exceeded.

Great House!!

This house has amazing views! Loved just sitting on the back porch sipping my tea. Visited the Blue Mountains during our stay and would highly recommend this host and home!

Beautiful view

This location was in a beautiful location. Out the back the view of the bush was amazing. We saw lots of exotic birds. The spa was wonderful and contact with the owners was easy.

Simply wonderful

We had the most wonderful time there at View 21. The cold and snow didn’t bother us we had the fire going, then had a warm spa followed by laps in the pool. The house is lovely and warm and sophisticated. It is situated with perfect mountain and bush views ... so good for the soul.A big thank you to owners Lilly and Yukio who were so very very helpful. We had the most wonderful stay

Amazing Home with Spectacular Views

An amazing well equipped, clean home with spectacular views and all the latest mod cons for a complete comfortable self catered stay..Indoor heated pool and spa were such a hit with the children and I.. Going into the pool at least twice or at times three times a day... Fireplace was absolutely magical and easy to alight..Heated flooring was a dream.. Outdoor BBQ and kitchen facilities were awesome..Not to mention the outdoor dining setting which we spent alot of times eating our meals..Bed linen and towels were plush and heated towel racks were an excellent addition.. Chocolates on arrival were such a beautiful gesture and very welcomed by the entire family..Thank you very thoughtful!! A definite 5 star home in all aspects..Truly exceeded our expectations..Will definitely love to stay again.. Thank you ever so much once again for a truly memorable time.. Lovely Mountains Getaway

This is a great property, as advertised, with lovely views over the mountains. The house was clean and tidy and the owners provide everything you need to have a lovely break. We will definitely return.
