Allawah of Bright is a recently renovated and refurbished Victorian home which is only a 2 minute walk from the centre of town. The history of the house is evident in its old world character, however the furniture is modern and comfortable.

This holiday house has enough room for the largest of families, with five bedrooms, including a spacious loft with its own separate entertainment area.

Allawah has ducted heating and cooling, as well as multiple fireplaces of which one is ready for your use on cold winter nights (wood is supplied).

There is a 46 inch LCD television mounted on the wall in the lounge room, complete with DVD player, CD player and Ipod docking station. Please feel free to use the library/book exchange which is in its infant stages!

Rest and Relaxation

Allawah of Bright has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs, and a spacious loft/5th bedroom/play area upstairs. The bedding configuration includes 3 queen size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 singles beds and the loft area has 3 single beds. Please bear in mind that some of the bedrooms maybe locked depending on how many rooms have been requested. All linen is supplied.

The kitchen in Allawah has been recently refurbished, with modern stainless steel appliances for even the most discerning of cooks. A dishwasher is provided (appliance that is, not a person!). The modern dining setting also seats 10 comfortably, or alternatively meals could be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, or outdoors in a stunning and tranquil garden setting.

Location

Allawah is a short walk to the beautiful Ovens River and the popular swimming area Centenary Park. A two minute walk will also find you in the centre of town, so no driving is required for you to enjoy the local Bright brewery, cafes, restaurants and Hotels.

A short drive or bicycle ride along the popular bike tracks gives you access to the local wineries, berry farms and picturesque Wandiligong.

For the skiing and snow enthusiasts, Mount Hotham, Mount Buffalo and Falls Creek are only an hour's drive away.
