In a quiet area facing Bøtø forest and close to the beautiful sandy beach you will find this holiday cottage. In the pool area you will find a 18 m² swimming pool, a whirlpool for 4 people and a good bathroom with shower cubicle. There are energy efficient heat pumps. Additionally, the house has a functional modern kitchen, combined with the dining and living room, and two bedroom sections each with its own bathroom with shower and heated tile floor. There is plenty of closet space in each room. For families with children there are also cot and high chair. Wood-burning stove and stereo with CD, TV, satellite dish and DVD player. The kitchen area is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher and freezer. There are sauna, washing machine and dryer. The house is located on a large plot with a sandpit and swing for the children. For the adults there is a full 80 m² open terrace to relax on. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
