About this property

This is a typical Madeiran house in a residential street. It has good security behind a wall with automatic gate and has been completely renovated inside and out. With two bathrooms and amazing views from the roof terrace. It is a conveniently situated, tastefully appointed and a comfortable holiday rental. This is not a quiet country retreat as the house is close to the city centre so there is the usual city sounds from traffic & the local neighbourhood.
Please note the rates are fully inclusive for 2 people. The house sleeps 4 and there is an added one off cost of GBP100 if 3 or 4 of you are travelling to cover the additional laundry, cleaning and utility charges. Check out is10am.
We regret we cannot check in guests after 6pm as we do not have staff available after this time. Please be mindful of this when you book your flights. Thank you.

Amazing place

Emplacement parfait! Belle maison spacieuse et propre. Seuls petits points négatifs : pas de papier toilette ni sac poubelle. Les petits déjeuners sur le toit terrasse sont un pur bonheur! Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir!

Schönes zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Stadt- und Meerblick. Bus, Hafen und Seilbahn sind fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekt, um Funchal und Umgebung zu erkunden. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
