Situated just 200 metres from the nearest beach and lovely coastal walks, the apartment is set in beautiful grounds with three pools and luxurious gardens, underground parking, 24 hour security and lifts to all floors.
Conveniently placed for airports; Alicante or Murcia [RMU ] 45 minutes, with wonderful choice of restaurants, shops, bars, banks and bus stop nearby. Accommodation comprises, through lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.
2 bedrooms, one double with larger double (150cm) bed and en suite bathroom, one twin room. Second full bathroom with shower.

GUEST BOOK: On arrival we had no idea what to expect. The apartment was amazing and we had a very comprehensive welcome pack. The complex was safe and friendly with beautiful gardens and pools. The beach is only two minutes down the road with a sea-front restaurant and two minutes up the road are all the bars, restaurants and supermarkets one could wish for. All in all, a fantastic holiday. We had the most fabulous time thank you. The transfer to and from the airport went smoothly. Your apartment is great, with all the home comforts one could want. Der perfekte Urlaub

Am Flughafen in Alicante telefonierten wir mit Suzy und vereinbarten den Ankunftstermin am Apartment. Dort angekommen erwartete Suzy uns schon. Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen und freundlichen Empfang. Sie führte uns in die Wohnung, wo wir eine Einweisung für alles erhielten. Sogar der Kühlschrank war schon mit Leckereien und Erfrischungen gefüllt. Für unseren kleinen Enkel stand ein schönes Kinderbett bereit. In der Wohnung war alles liebevoll zurecht gemacht. Als "Highlite" empfanden wir die große Sonnenterrasse. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz liegt auch sehr gut, man braucht nur ca. 9 m bis zum Fahrstuhl. Die Außenanlage der Urbanisation ist sehr gepflegt und mit Blumen und Pflanzen geschmackvoll angelegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden, sogar ALDI und LIDL sind in der Nähe. Mit unserem Enkelkind haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verbracht und würden gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen, (so es seine Eltern erlauben :-)) Wir möchten uns noch einmal bei Anne für den freundlichen Briefkontakt bedanken und mit Suzy hat sie eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen. We would like to say thank you for a fantastic apartment. We have stayed in many apartment but your one has been the best. Suzy meet us and showed us around and the welcome pack save us time shopping and money. The gardens and swimming pools are great, very clean and tidy. Once again thank you and we will recommend the apartment to our friends and family with out any hesitation

Holiday in Punta Prima

We have stayed in this property before. It is excellent and with a large and well equipped roof terrace that provides sun or shade throughout the day. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and it is our intention to return in the future.

Lovely stay

The apartment was just as described and easy to find. The spacious outside terrace was a real bonus.Everything was walking distance - bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The complex has lovely gardens and 3 pools, so choice if lots of people are staying. We had a lovely stay and will be back.

Excellent appartement at the Costa Blanca

We’ve enjoyed our stay at the appartement in Torrevieja. The appartement has enough space and is fully airconditioned, which was needed looking at the lovely Spanish temperture👌 Especially the big terrace was Nice to have. The garden and pools of the complex where beautiful and clean. Only a 10 minute walk to the Nice Punta Prima beach. It is a Shame that they are building a lot of New appartments, because this is influencing the beautiful sea view.
