Perfect Location in Florianopolis

If you are looking for the perfect "home base" for your trip to Florianopolis--you could not find a better spot than this house! Located within easy walking distance to Mole Beach, you are also just a few minutes drive from excellent restaurants on the lake or ocean, the dunes, Rio Vermelho State Park, and other amazing beaches. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed, including the fluffiest towels we've ever used! You can brew coffee at the house or walk literally a few meters from the top of the driveway to the lookout ("Mirante") where there is a bakery that overlooks the lake and has amazing lattes. Waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was spectacular. We will be returning for sure!

This was the most unbelievable property we have stayed out in a really long time. The views perfect

Davio and Claudia, the hosts, couldn’t of been nicer. They were very attentive to our needs. They helped us with negotiating the island and suggesting where to go and where to shop et Cetera. The house was fantastic. It is clean there were no bugs which is amazing in the tropical country. The beach was close and just unbelievably pretty. I would recommend it to everybody

Excelente casa y excelente dueño

Estuvimos 12 dias en Floripa. del 18 al 28 de diciembre. Somos dos familias argentinas de 4 integrantes cada una. La casa es hermosa, esta ubicada en una de las zonas mas lindas de Floripa. Esta situada en la parte mas alta del morro en Mole, tiene una vista maravillosa donde podes desayunar en una de sus terrazas viendo el mar de Mole y la laguna de Lagoa. Dalvio y Flavia sus dueños son dos personas maravillosas que nos trataron de forma excelente. Super serviciales. Muy respetuosos. La casa tiene todo y mucho mas. Todo lo que se necesita para pasar una buenas vacaciones. Esta super equipada, muy bien decorada, Todo funciona y lo mas importante cerca de la playa. Recomiendo 100% esta casa y a sus dueños. Mas alla del acceso a la playa tambien tiene un caminito por la selva que desemboca en una laguna hermosa que no tienen que dejar de hacerlo. Tiene un centro comercial muy cerquita y la gente de brasil tiene siempre muy buena onda. Es muy seguro. Nuestra idea es volver ya que la pasamos excelente. Saludos Santiago
